•Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Pure Distillers has released a higher proof iteration of BLY Silver Rum. The new 52.5%-abv rum, like the original release, is made from Pennsylvania-sourced molasses that, according to the distiller, creates a more flavorful spirit than processed sugar or sugar cane. BLY Silver 105 is now available at Pennsylvania Pure Distillery and will roll out nationally by the end of the year. Pennsylvania Pure is also known for its Boyd & Blair potato vodka, which is distributed to 41 states.
