•Oregon’s Portland Cider Co. will release its seasonal Cranberry Cider on November 1. The 6%-abv cider is made from locally sourced cranberries and apples, and is tart and slightly sweet, according to the cidermaker. This release joins Pineapple, Pumpkin Spice, and Concord Grape in Portland’s seasonal lineup. Cranberry Cider will be available through January in 22-ounce bottles and on draft at the company’s taprooms and in select locations across Oregon and Washington.

•Bondi Bourbon has launched its eponymous whiskey, produced at Minnesota’s Panther Distillery. The 40%-abv whiskey is made from locally-sourced corn and matured for four years. Bondi Bourbon is now available in Minnesota, Nebraska, and California for a suggested price of $40 a bottle. The company intends to further expand the Bondi brand’s distribution footprint in 2019.
