•Middlebury, Vermont-based Vermont Cider Company has launched Woodchuck Hard Cider Lil’ Dry, the first release in its new 802 Collection. The 5.1%-abv cider is made with Vermont-sourced apples and yeast, without any added sugar or other additives. The semi-dry cider is gluten-free and packaged in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans for a suggested price of $11. Woodchuck 802 Collection Lil’ Dry is now available in Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire.

•Austin, Texas-based Celis Brewery is releasing specialty seasonal brew Grand Cru Tripel Ale. With a recipe and proprietary yeast strain that brewery patriarch Pierre Celis brought with him from Belgium in the 1960s, the ale will be distributed on draft and, for the first time, will be available for purchase in 6-packs of cans throughout Texas, retailing at $10. Celis Grand Cru Tripel Ale is at 8.6% abv and will be on the market from now until March of next year.
