•Craft beer veteran Adam Lambert has joined BrewDog USA as chief revenue officer. Lambert, who joins BrewDog USA following stints at Storied Craft Breweries, New Holland, and Dogfish Head, plans to expand BrewDog’s footprint into four or five new states next year. BrewDog has shipped more than 25,000 barrels from its Ohio brewery this year. Currently, BrewDog is distributed in eight states plus Ohio, where the company operates its brewery and two brewpubs in the Columbus area. This summer, Diageo veteran David Gates joined BrewDog as managing director of its BrewDog Distilling unit.

•Cape Coral, Florida-based Wicked Dolphin has launched a 6-year-old rum that’s bottled in bond. The limited release is aged in ex-Bourbon barrels without any added color at 50% abv. Wicked Dolphin Limited 6-year Bottled in Bond rum is now available through distributor RNDC for a suggested retail price of $40 a 750-ml.

•Tampa, Florida’s Cigar City Brewing will expand into Ohio beginning January 1. The brewer will enter the new market with Jai Alai IPA and Guayabera Citra Pale Ale on draft and in 12-ounce cans, with Maduro Brown Ale and Florida Cracker Belgian-style White Ale available as draft exclusives. Additionally, Cigar City’s Mixed 12-pack will be available at retail. The brewery has partnered with Superior Beverage Group (Cleveland and Columbus), NWO Beverage (Toledo), Bonbright Distributors (Dayton), and Stagnaro Distributing (Cincinnati) for distribution. Cigar City is a part of the Canarchy collective of brewers.
