•Eagle Rock Brewing in Los Angeles is launching Rosé Gosé (4.5%-abv) in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans. A play on a German gose brewed with malted barley, rye and oats, Himalayan salt, a vegan culture of lactobacillus in a kettle-souring technique, and currants, raspberries, and peaches, the beer is intended as a substitute for Champagne on New Year’s Eve. Eagle Rock Brewing’s offerings are distributed throughout California.
