•BevMo has reported a data breach potentially affecting more than 14,000 consumers. The retailer, which has more than 160 stores across California, Arizona, and Washington, said a hacker planted malicious code on its checkout page, affecting orders placed from August 2 to September 26. The code, which has now been removed, could potentially have captured customer names, phone numbers, addresses, credit and debit card numbers, and security codes.

•Edrington has sold its Glenturret distillery to specialty wine and food group Art & Terroir for an undisclosed sum. The deal is expected to be completed this spring. Based in Crieff, Scotland on the banks of the Turret river, the distillery was put on the block last summer, along with the Cutty Sark Scotch whisky brand, which Edrington sold to La Martiniquaise-Bardinet in late November.
