•Catoctin Creek Distillery, in Purcellville, Virginia, will release limited-edition Bottled in Bond spirits 1757 Virginia XO Brandy (50% abv, $90 a 750-ml.) and Rabble Rouser Rye Whisky (50% abv, $96 a 750-ml.) on February 16 in celebration of its tenth anniversary. The brandy has aged in Bordeaux red wine casks since being distilled in 2010—Catoctin’s first year of operation. The four-year-old Rabble Rouser previously met Bottled in Bond standards but hasn’t been labeled as such until now. Both products will be available for purchase at the distillery and in limited quantities across Catoctin’s national distribution area. Catoctin is minority-owned by Constellation Brands.
