•Crispin Cider Co. will add to its line-up of wine-inspired hard ciders with Crispin Pearsecco. At 4.5% abv, the pear-flavored offering will be included alongside Crispin Rosé (5.0% abv) and Brut (5.5% abv) in variety 12-packs of slim cans launching next month. Crispin hopes to continue its momentum from 2018, in which it grew sales volume by more than 40%, according to Nielsen data. Crispin is part of the MillerCoors portfolio.

•Newport, Oregon-based Rogue Ales & Spirits has introduced Rolling Thunder Stouted whiskey. The 48.5%-abv whiskey is distilled from barley grown at Rogue Farms and initially aged for a year in Oregon oak barrels. It’s then transferred into new barrels, and the original set is used to age Rogue’s Rolling Thunder Stout for nine months. Finally, the whiskey returns to the original barrels—now soaked with whiskey and stout—for another two years of aging. Rogue’s Stouted Whiskey is now available across the U.S. in limited quantities.
