•Portland, Maine’s Allagash Brewing Co. has launched Sun Drift, a blend of beer and tea. The 6.7% abv brew is made with locally sourced malts, Citra and Cascade hops, plus lemon zest, before it’s fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and blended with black tea from Little Red Cup. Sun Drift is rolling out now in 4-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft throughout Allagash’s 16-state and Washington, D.C. distribution footprint.

•The Saint Louis Brewery, makers of Schlafly Beer, will introduce a new line of Saint Louis Crafted Cocktails later this month. The malted beverages play off the flavors of classic cocktails. The first release is a White Russian Wheat Ale, at 7.5% abv. Future releases will take cues from the Paloma and Old Fashioned. Sold in bottled 4-packs for $12, the drinks will branch out from the Missouri market and roll out to surrounding states throughout the year.
