•Winesellers Ltd. is expanding its domestic portfolio with the launch of Kin & Cascadia, a new brand sourced from Columbia Valley, Washington and Willamette Valley, Oregon. A partnership between Winesellers owners the Sager family and Master Wines, Kin & Cascadia includes a Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, both retailing at $15 a 750-ml. Winesellers Ltd. has annual volume of around 700,000 cases. In addition to Kin & Cascadia, its brands include Zuccardi, Tiamo, Mont Gravet, Le Charmel, and Tortoise Creek, among others.

•Napa Valley winery JaM Cellars has debuted canned packaging for its California Candy Dry Rosé. A blend of California-sourced Syrah and Grenache, Candy Dry Rosé will now be available in 4-packs of 250-ml. cans ($20) in addition to a 750-ml. bottle. JaM Cellars is set to produce around 15,000 cases of CandyCans throughout 2019. Last August, the winery launched ButterCans for its Butter Chardonnay, which grew 18.5% last year to 385,000 cases, according to Impact Databank.
