•Bacardi has announced the latest addition to its line of flavored rums, Bacardi Lime. At 32% abv, Bacardi Lime is a base of the brand’s Superior white rum infused with natural lime flavor. It is the ninth Bacardi flavor available in the U.S., joining Banana, Limón, Raspberry, Coconut, and others. Starting this month, Bacardi Lime is available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $13 a 750-ml.

•New Zealand winery Cloudy Bay, part of the Moët Hennessy portfolio, has opened a new tasting room, The Shed, in Central Otago. The Shed is situated between the hills of Cloudy Bay’s Northburn Vineyard and Lake Dunstan. Cloudy Bay has been making wine from the area since 2010 and purchased Northburn in 2014. The vineyard contributes to Cloudy Bay’s Te Wahi Pinot Noir, whose name is Maori for “the place.” The Shed will pour the full range of Cloudy Bay wines year-round, and will also feature vineyard tours from both land and air.

•Vinexpo has appointed Rodolphe Lameyse as CEO, effective April 16. Previously, he managed Food & Hotel Asia events, Asia’s largest trade show dedicated to the food, beverage and hotel equipment industry, for the Informa group. Prior to that, Lameyse managed an exhibitions consulting company and was head of marketing and client services at Reed Midem in France. Vinexpo president Christophe Navarre said Lameyse’s “expertise and understanding of key markets will enable The Vinexpo Group to increase its development and boost market shares.”
