•Comstock Park, Michigan-based Perrin Brewing Company has completed its total packaging refresh undertaken in January. The design update began with a new logo and was followed by updated cans and secondary packaging. The new look is now on retail shelves across Michigan. Perrin was founded in 2012 and in 2015 joined the Canarchy Collective, partnering with Oskar Blues Brewery, Cigar City Brewing, and several others. Canarchy collectively ranked the No.-8 largest brewing company in the U.S., according the Brewers Association, for 2018.

•Chicago, Illinois-based Stolen Spirits has launched Stolen X, a flavored whiskey made by blending rye whiskey with raw honey and orange peel. Inspired by the Rock & Rye pre-Prohibition drink made with rye and dissolved rock candy, the 40% abv liquid evokes the taste of an Old Fashioned, according to the company. Breakthru Beverage distributes Stolen X to 13 states across the country and Washington, D.C., where it retails for $25 a 750-ml. Stolen Spirits produces five rum varieties and another whiskey.
