•Brooklyn, New York-based St. Agrestis has released Inferno, its first standalone aperitivo. Long included within the distillery’s bottled Negroni, the red-hued Inferno is composed of 17 organic botanicals, among them gentian root, hibiscus flower, and six different citrus peel varieties. The bitter botanical blend is aged in stainless steel for three months prior to being bottled. Inferno is now available in New York, California, Massachusetts, and Minnesota, retail priced at $35 a 750-ml.
