June 27, 2019•Basalt, Colorado-based Woody Creek Distillers will launch its line of spirits in California on July 1. The Craft Spirits Cooperative will distribute Woody Creek’s Potato Vodka (40% abv), Colorado Gin (47% abv), Straight Rye Whiskey (45% abv), Straight Bourbon Whiskey (45% abv), and other selections throughout the state. The lineup has also just received a package refresh. Woody Creek was founded in 2012.
•Bai Antioxidant Beverages founder Ben Weiss is launching a new spiked seltzer brand, Crook & Marker. The brand is available in eight natural fruit flavors, among them Black Cherry, Blackberry Lime, Coconut Pineapple, Grapefruit, Mango, Peach, Strawberry Lemon, and Tangerine. Each offering clocks in at 4% abv and contains 80 calories. Crook & Marker is rolling out nationwide, packaged in single-flavor 4-packs of 11.5-ounce cans, as well as in variety 8-packs.
