•This summer, Quebecois brewery Unibroue is releasing Éphémère Cassis in the U.S. for the first time since 2011. Available for a limited time on tap and in mixed 6-packs, the 5.5% abv black currant Belgian wheat ale is aged 12 to 18 months before bottling. Brewed since 2001, the Éphémère series features ales designed to highlight a seasonal fruit within the context of a lightly spiced white ale. Unibroue’s brewing style is based on 19-century brewing techniques developed by Trappist monks in Europe.Subscribe to Shanken News Daily’s Email Newsletter, delivered to your inbox each morning.
