•Don Papa rum has introduced a high-end Sherry Cask finished expression. Retailing at $70 a 750-ml., Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish will roll out in September. Following a four-year aging period in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, the rum is split and finished in four different types of Sherry casks—Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Palo Cortado, and Cream—then bottled at 45% abv. Don Papa, imported from the Philippines, also has 7-year and 10-year rums in its portfolio.
