•San Antonio, Texas-based Silver Eagle Distributors has named James P. Limbaugh, II as vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Silver Eagle, Limbaugh spent over a decade in the beer industry, most recently serving as senior sales director, south Texas, for Anheuser-Busch. In his new position, Limbaugh will lead sales and marketing efforts for Silver Eagle in the company’s 13-county distribution footprint.

•Detroit, Michigan’s Atwater Brewery has added hard seltzer to its portfolio and is now rolling it out across Michigan. The 5% abv seltzers come in at 100 calories per 12-ounce can and are available in Mango, Cherry, and Lime. Atwater Hard Seltzer is now available in 12-can variety packs throughout the state. Though Atwater’s initial release is exclusive to Michigan, the company intends to ramp up production and expand distribution throughout the Midwest in the coming months.
