•Another Game of Thrones Scotch, 42-year-old Canadian Club, Egan’s Centenary, and launches from Heaven’s Door, Four Gate Whiskey Co., and Duncan Taylor are among the new offerings profiled in Whisky Advocate’s latest whiskey roundup. The magazine’s website has all the details.

•Laura Catena has partnered with Winebow’s MundoVino division to introduce Domaine Nico, a new brand focusing on high-altitude Pinot Noir from individual parcels in Mendoza, Argentina. The project is over a decade in the making, initially taking root in 2008 with the goal of growing uniquely Argentine Pinot Noir through the work of winemaker Roy Urvieta, viticulturist Belén Iacono, and under the guidance of Dr. Catena and Catena winemaking director Alejandro Vigil. The initial releases for the brand are Grand Mère 2017 ($30), Grand Père 2017 ($30), Histoire d’A 2017 ($50), La Savante 2017 ($50), and Le Paradis 2016 ($350).
