•Laphroaig 30-year-old, new Israeli single malts, four single cask Scotch whiskies bottled by the Perfect Fifth, and the return of Tamworth’s beaver-gland-flavored whiskey are among the new offerings featured in Whisky Advocate’s latest whisk(e)y roundup. The magazine has all the details.

•Portland, Oregon’s Eastside Distilling has partnered with Florida grocery chain Publix to bring the distillery’s Redneck Riviera whiskey to 273 stores throughout Florida. A selection of stores will begin carrying the whiskey immediately with the full rollout taking place during January. This expansion is the first step in Eastside’s plan for 2020 as the company gears up to expand distribution of its portoflio, including Azuñia Tequila, Hue-Hue Coffee Rum, and Burnside whiskies, among other brands.
