RNDC Expands Roles Of Key Executives, With Young’s Integration CompleteFebruary 18, 2020
Republic National Distributing Co. has expanded the roles of a number of key executives following the integration of Young’s Market Co.
Under RNDC’s new integrated operating model, Richard Davis will assume the role of corporate executive vice president, governmental affairs, and Alan Rosenberg has been appointed corporate general counsel and executive vice president. Both Rosenberg and Davis report to RNDC president and CEO Tom Cole.
RNDC CFO Nick Mehall and COO and executive vice president Bob Hendrickson have likewise augmented their teams. Under Mehall, Dennis Bashuk has been named corporate treasurer and executive vice president. Under Hendrickson, several commercial sales team leaders will be expanding their roles. Among them are Greg Bowdish, EVP for national accounts and category services; Scott Lammert, EVP for supplier business development (spirits); Russell Motz, EVP for supplier business development (wine); and Jay Finnigan, senior vice president for shared sales services. Also reporting to Hendrickson is Tom White, EVP, strategy and integration. RNDC previously named Jay Johnson as region president of all Young’s markets.
