•Industry veteran Julious Grant has teamed with former New England Patriot and Pro Football hall of famer Ty Law to take an ownership stake in Hadley, Massachusetts-based V-One Vodka. Last year, V-One founder Paul Kozub bought a 51% stake in a distiller in Kamie, Poland allowing him to control all elements of production, from grain selection to distillation, according to reporting by MassLive. Prior to purchasing the distillery, V-One was contract produced in Poland. This year, the brand will expand throughout New England, with Grant and Law leading expansion efforts. Grant has spent nearly 30 years in the industry, including senior executive roles with Beam Suntory and Bacardi.

•Correction: In yesterday’s issue, Terlato Wines CEO Bill Terlato was misquoted. His correct quote reads: “Nobody mistakes Gaja Barbaresco for another Barbaresco.” We regret the error.
