•On-premise outlets in Massachusetts will be permitted to sell beer and wine to go under a new law that’s set be signed by Governor Charlie Baker. Similar rules have been instituted across many states that, like Massachusetts, have shut down their on-premise markets during the COVID-19 crisis. The Massachusetts measure allows on-premise operators to sell up to 1.5 liters of wine to go in its original sealed container per transaction, and up to 192 ounces of malt beverage in a sealed container. All orders must also include food.
