April 2, 2020•New Jersey’s Cape May Brewing Company has added Crushin’ It IPA to their summer offerings. The 8% abv ale is brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops and orange juice, evoking the flavors of the Orange Crush cocktail. This is the first wide release for Crushin’ It; previously the beer was only available as a limited release from the brewery’s taproom. The beer is currently available at the Cape May Brewing Boutique in growlers to go and will be available in cans throughout the state beginning on April 8.
•AB-InBev’s Hoegaarden has launched a new limited edition offering paying tribute to Washington, D.C.’s blooming cherry blossoms. Hoegaarden Cherry Blossom comes in at 5.6% abv and is a wheat beer infused with botanicals making for a tart and slightly sweet springtime brew. The beer is exclusive to Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and is now available in 4-packs of 16-ounce bottles. Hoegaarden Cherry Blossom retails for around $10 a 4-pack.
