•Golden, Colorado-based State 38 Distilling has partnered with Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) for distribution throughout the state. State 38’s portfolio includes whiskies and agave-based spirits under its namesake brand, as well as the accessibly priced Damn Good lineup of offerings ranging from vodka and gin to absinthe. Owner and founding partner Sean Smiley noted that a rebranding effort and new products are also in the works for State 38.

•Charlotte, North Carolina-based Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is introducing air-purifying GPS Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) technology at its nine taprooms throughout the U.S. The technology emits a high volume of ions that steal away hydrogen from pathogens, cleaning the air. In addition to the high-tech solution, ABV has also revamped its food and drink menu to allow for minimal contact between employees. ABV is the parent company of New York’s Southern Tier, Pennsylvania’s Victory, Brooklyn’s Sixpoint, and Virginia’s Bold Rock Hard Cider.

•Comstock Park, Michigan’s Perrin Brewing Company has launched a new variety pack featuring its Clear Coast line of hard seltzer. The 12-pack features Strawberry Kiwi, Orange Passion, and Pineapple Papaya flavored seltzers, all at 5% abv and containing 100 calories per 12-ounce can. The variety 12-pack is now available at the Perrin Pub and in retail shops across Michigan. Perrin is a member of the Canarchy Collective of craft brewers.
