•Fetzer has introduced a new look for its namesake wine brand.Debuting across the Fetzer collection, the package refresh includes updated graphics, colors, and tagline, and a reimagining of Fetzer’s tree icon, enhanced with a water drop to signal a heritage of resource conservation. The winery’s B Corp Certification is prominently called out on the capsule and back label. Retailing at $8-$10, Fetzer’s range includes a number of California varietal wines as well as a Sauvignon Blanc from Chile.

•Former Jack Daniel’s master distiller Jeff Arnett and partners have announced a new distillery project in the Smoky Mountains of eastern Tennessee. The project, Company Distillery, will have its home base in Alcoa, Tennessee. Set to open next year, it will include a 20,000-square-foot refurbished building, tasting room, restaurant, brewery, retail store and ample outdoor space. Prior to that, Company will open 4,000-square-foot tasting room and restaurant in Townsend, Tennessee, the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Plans also call for a third tasting room and retail store in Thompson Station, Tennessee. Overall, Company Distillery is slated to invest $20 million in the project. Arnett says the brand’s core offering will be a straight Bourbon whiskey finished with maple wood.
