June 30, 2021•Spokane, Washington-based Dry Fly Distilling is relocating to a larger facility to expand production. The new space, located in downtown Spokane, is 24,000 square feet and will increase the distiller’s capacity from 20,000 proof gallons to 75,000. The bigger space will allow the bottling line to run at 1,000 bottles per hour and will increase canning capacity for Dry Fly’s On The Fly cocktails from 40 to 100 cans per hour. The new space will be public-facing as well, with a tasting room, full-service restaurant, and an event space.
