•Hershey, Pennsylvania’s Tröegs Independent Brewery has announced its latest IPA, Lucky Holler. The 6.8% abv hazy ale is part of the brewery’s Hop Cycle series and is made with Citra, Simcoe, and Galaxy hops. Lucky Holler was developed through the brewery’s small-batch Scratch series before the brewing team settled on the final recipe. The beer is rolling out now and will be available through fall in 12-ounce bottles and cans, and on draft throughout Tröegs’ distribution footprint.

•Atlanta-based SweetWater Brewing has expanded into the state of Michigan, distributed by O&W Inc. Michigan marks SweetWater’s 36th state of distribution, plus Washington, D.C., with more on the way. “By September, SweetWater beers are expected to be available in every state east of Colorado,” said chief marketing officer Brian Miesieski. SweetWater, owned by Canadian cannabis company Tilray, has entered 11 new markets this year, including Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota, Maine, Nebraska, Wisconsin, New York, Iowa, Vermont, New Hampshire and now Michigan.
