August 31, 2021•Barrell Craft Spirits has released the latest release in the BCS line of limited edition whiskies. This release—adorned with a gray label—is a blend of 15-year-old Bourbon whiskies distilled in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength, 50.2% abv, and is available in select retailers across the U.S. for a suggested price of $250 a 750-ml.
•Comstock, Michigan-based Bell’s Brewery is releasing Rind Over Matter, the first official release in its new Wheat Series. It’s an American Wheat Ale brewed with lemon and orange zest at 5% abv. Available now across Bell’s Brewery’s distribution footprint, supplies will last through October when it will be followed by Belgian-inspired Bright White in November. Founded in 1985, Bell’s distributes to 43 states plus Puerto Rico and Washington D.C. and was the No.7 craft brewer in the U.S. last year, according to the Brewers Association.
