Craft Brewing and Distilling News for October 20, 2021

•Reyes Beer Division’s Premium Distributors of Michigan has agreed to acquire fellow Michigan wholesaler Powers Distributing. The acquisition will add around 2,800 customers and approximately 5.7 million cases, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Constellation, Mark Anthony Brands, Boston Beer, Heineken and Diageo. The deal, for which financials weren’t disclosed, is expected to close on December 10.
