Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Countdown Underway

Wine Spectator’s countdown of the top 10 wines of the year is underway, with the magazine yesterday revealing a Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a Napa Valley Cabernet as its No. 10 and No. 9 wines of 2021, respectively. Today the No.-8 and No.-7 wines will be unveiled. Tomorrow the magazine will announce Nos.-6, and -5, followed by Nos.-4, -3, and -2 on Thursday. The Wine of the Year will be unveiled on Friday, and the full Top 100 list will be published on Monday, November 22.
