•Booker’s Bourbon is releasing the fourth and final batch of its 2021 collection. Dubbed Noe Strangers Batch, it pays homage to the personability of former master distiller Booker Noe. Bottled at 62.2% abv, it was aged 6 and a half years in charred white oak barrels. Stranger’s Batch is available nationwide in limited quantities at $90 a 750-ml. Previous releases in the 2021 Batch Collection include Donohoe’s Batch, Tagalong Batch, and Bardstown Batch.

•Drinks delivery service Drizly released its third annual BevAlc Insights Retail Report. The report draws from a survey, taken last month, of more than 500 beverage alcohol retailers across the U.S. Among other findings, the report noted that retailers expect higher sales this holiday season despite Champagne shortages and other supply chain troubles. Drizly’s survey also found that retailers plan to stock more Tequila next year, putting its retail presence on par with Bourbon. Craft beer may reclaim shelf space from hard seltzer, with 57% of respondents saying they plan to stock more and 23% planning to reduce their seltzer offerings. Drizly is now part of Uber.
