Riboli Adds Paso’s Jada Vineyard & Winery To Its Estates Group

December 22, 2021

Riboli Family Wines has acquired Paso Robles-based Jada Vineyard & Winery for an undisclosed sum. The deal adds Jada’s 89-acre property, including a tasting room and organically farmed estate vineyards, to Riboli’s portfolio.

Jada produces Rhone- and Bordeaux-style wines as well as single varietal bottlings made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tannat. Depending on the vintage, Jada’s annual production is between 3,000 and 5,000 cases. Following the completion of the acquisition Jada will join Riboli Family Wines’ other estate-based brands like San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque, Riboli Family Vineyard, Windstream, and Highlands 41.—Shane English
