•Texas craft breweries AquaBrew and ShotGun Seltzer have announced plans to merge. No financials were disclosed. Founded in 2016 in San Marcos, AquaBrew last year expanded into a new facility with a 20,000 square foot production floor, taproom, and beer garden. The expanded facility will allow AquaBrew to scale to over 50,000 barrels annually. ShotGun launched in 2019 and is present in over 4,000 retail and on-premise accounts throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. The combined company will remain independently owned and operate out of the AquaBrew San Marcos facility.
