Craft Brewing and Distilling News for January 21, 2022

•Kentucky-based Buzzard’s Roost whiskey has introduced a new limited release Toasted French Oak Bourbon. Retailing at $85 a 750-ml., the new offering is a five-year-old double-barreled Indiana Bourbon with a mashbill of 74% corn, 21% rye and 5% malted barley. It was finished in 24-month seasoned oak from the Limousin region of France and bottled at 52.5% abv. Buzzard’s Roost is currently distributed throughout Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio, and New Mexico, with further expansion planned.
