Pernod Ricard Takes Majority Stake In Provence’s Château Sainte MargueriteMarch 2, 2022
Pernod Ricard has agreed to acquire a majority share of Cru Classé Côtes-de-Provence rosé producer Château Sainte Marguerite for an undisclosed sum. Owned by the Fayard family since 1977, Château Sainte Marguerite has established itself as a key producer at the super- and ultra-premium end of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, according to the company. Olivier Fayard will continue to lead the winery’s operations.
