•Roselle, New Jersey-based Penelope Bourbon announced the launch of new Bourbon collection Architect. The new release is distinguished by finishing Penelope’s namesake Four Grain straight Bourbon with two different French oak staves. It’s available now in select markets for $60 a 750-ml. It joins Four Grain, Barrel Strength, and Rose Cask Finish, among others, in Penelope’s lineup. Penelope Bourbon was founded in 2018.
