•Fort Bragg, California-based North Coast Brewing Company is launching Pacific Magic. The new addition to the lineup is an American IPA, brewed with Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, and Strata hops. It’s at 6.8% abv and features label art created by artist and fisheries biologist native to the North Coast Michael Zontos. Pacific Magic is available in 6-packs of 12-ounce cans within North Coast Brewing’s 48 state distribution area. The company was founded in 1988.
•Monument, Colorado’s Lee Spirits has debuted three new offerings: a barrel aged gin, an orange liqueur, and a canned rose old fashioned cocktail. Lee’s barrel aged gin is bottled at 45% abv and matures in American whiskey barrels before packaging. The company’s new canned cocktail pairs its barrel aged gin with its Crème de Rose liqueur and canned at 9% abv. The RTD comes in 4-packs of 12-ounce cans. Finally, the company has launched a 43% abv orange liqueur. The liqueur is part of the company’s well-focused spirits line that also includes vodka and dry gin.
•Cooperstown, New York-based Brewery Ommegang is participating in the Hops for Heroes campaign run by the nonprofit Soldier’s Angels with a special release. The beer is called Homefront IPA and it will be available to the public on-site between Labor Day and Veterans Day, with all net proceeds donated to Soldiers’ Angels to support its programs.
