•Diageo has kicked off a new summer marketing campaign for the Smirnoff Red, White & Berry family of drinks. The campaign, called “How to Summer: Grown-Up Edition” features actress Kayley Cuoco as the brand’s chief summer officer and will kick off with a series of front page ads in local newspapers across the country. Beyond the print ads, the campaign will run on Smirnoff’s Youtube channel and across the U.S.

•Raleigh, North Carolina-based Next Century Spirits launched Bear Fight American Single Malt Whiskey. The new brand promises to mix flavor profiles from American whiskey and Bourbon with those of Scotch. Bear Fight is at 45% abv and is currently available in Colorado, Connecticut, North Carolina, and New York, with a broader rollout planned for fall. It’s also available online from Reserve Bar and ForWhiskeyLovers.com, where it’s priced at $45 a 750- ml. Next Century Spirits also produces Creek Water American Whiskey and Caddy Cocktails.
