•San Francisco’s Hotaling & Co. has relaunched Old Potrero rye whiskey with a new bottle and label design. The rebranded whiskey now features a wooden top with cork stopper and a ticket-style label calling to the city’s historic cable cars. While the design has changed, the whiskey remains a 100% malted rye distilled spirit. Old Potrero, with its new branding, comes in two varieties: a 6-year-old bottling that retails for $65 and a single barrel release at $90.

•Heaven Hill has extended Pama Pomegranate Liqueur with a new line of vodka- and Tequila-based hard seltzer. Pama Seltzer is launching with three flavors—Pomegranate, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Mandarin Orange Pomegranate—all at 4.5% abv with 120 calories per 12-ounce can. The new line is available Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts in 4-packs of the Pomegranate flavor and a 6-can variety pack featuring two cans of each.

•Diageo and Sean “Diddy” Combs have unveiled Cîroc Passion, featuring flavors including pineapple, mango, citrus, hibiscus, and others. The release will be supported by content featuring Combs’ new single Gotta Move On. The vodka’s bottle features purple and orange colors resembling the tones of sunset, with sleek gold lettering. Cîroc Passion is a permanent addition to the brand’s lineup and will be available nationwide for $30 a 750-ml.

•Spain’s Grupo Baron de Ley has promoted Victor Fuentes to general manager. Formerly the group’s international manager, Fuentes has been with Baron de Ley since 1995. In his new role he’ll be in charge of the company’s three Spanish wineries El Coto de Rioja, Baron de Ley, and Finca Museum, as well as Dehesa Baron de Ley, an Iberico ham bodega. In the U.S., Grupo Baron de Ley’s wines are split between Opici Imports and Carolina Wine Brands.

•Brooklyn, New York’s Hella Cocktail Co. has received a $5 million investment from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey’s venture unit. According to Hella, the funds will be used to increase stocks, improve recruitment, and drive growth for the nationally available line of bitters and mixers. Hella’s range includes five flavors of canned Bitters & Soda, as well as a variety of classic cocktail mixers, and nine varieties of cocktail bitters.
