•Cannabis e-commerce marketplace Lantern announced that it has partnered with Doobie on delivery in Massachusetts. Founded in 2020, Doobie is a delivery service active in several U.S. cannabis markets including California, Arizona, Missouri, and Massachusetts. Lantern has facilitated cannabis deliveries in Massachusetts in the past through partnerships with retail locations that offered delivery. Doobie will deliver to 150 zip codes throughout the state, offering brands including Cookies, High Supply, Mile 62, Kiva, and Dogwalkers, among others. Lantern will also offer dedicated marketing services to Doobie to expand its reach. Lantern, originally a spinoff of Uber, is also active in Colorado.

•Ceria, the cannabis drinks brand launched by former Blue Moon brewer Keith Villa, has unveiled a new brand identity that pays homage to Ceres, the ancient Roman goddess of the harvest. The new packaging has purple, blue, and green tones with an abstract feel to more universally appeal to drinkers, the company said. Ceria’s range includes Grainwave (Belgian-style White ale) and Indiewave (IPA) craft beers, available in both alcohol-free only and alcohol-free plus THC/CBD-infused collections. While both collections are alcohol-free, the Grainwave in the THC collection includes 5mg of THC, and Indiewave includes 10mg THC and 10mg CBD. Ceria THC is available in recreational dispensaries in Colorado and California.

•Laval, Quebec-based Neptune Wellness Solutions plans to divest itself of its cannabis business and exit the industry. The company generated approximately C$23 million in cannabis sales over the past year, according to research company Hifyre, while racking up nearly C$300 million in losses. Neptune will sell its brands, Mood Ring and PanHash, as well as its facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec, recently valued at C$21 million. The company plans to focus on consumer packaged goods moving forward.
