•Louisville, Kentucky-based Goodwood Brewing + Spirits is releasing a collaboration Bourbon bottling with Three Chord Bourbon. To create the new entry, Goodwood’s signature imperial stout was aged in Three Chord Bourbon barrels for four months, resulting in a brew called Sweet Harmony, which Goodwood will release on July 1. From there, the barrels were refilled with a blend of Kentucky Bourbons and aged for another eight months in Michigan. The result is a blend of 15-, seven- and six-year-old Kentucky Bourbons bottled at 55.5% abv. Goodwood’s spirits are distributed across seven states.
