Wine Spectator: Moët Hennessy Buys Napa’s Joseph Phelps Vineyards

In case you missed yesterday’s news alert, Moët Hennessy has agreed to acquire Napa Valley’s Joseph Phelps Vineyards. The agreement includes the brand, winery, and inventory, and 500 acres of vines in Napa Valley and Sonoma County. Phelps produces approximately 60,000 cases of wine annually.
