•Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has added El Tequileño to its national distribution portfolio, bumping the Tequila brand up to full U.S. distribution from 22 states. El Tequileño’s library includes Blanco, Reposado, and Cristalino Tequilas, as well as Platinum Blanco and two Gran Reserva releases: a Reposado and an Añejo, among other limited offerings. The portfolio is bottled at 40% abv.

•Rémy Cointreau has teamed up with musician Usher to create a new AI-assisted ad campaign and bottling of Rémy Martin 1793 Accord Royale, titled “Usher x Rémy Martin 1738: A Taste of Passion.” The limited edition bottle, “Usher x 1738 A.I. Powered,” is also an NFT and was designed by feeding Usher’s Cognac tasting notes to a neural network. Only 25 bottles will be released through BlockBar for $500 each. In addition to the bottling, the brand has launched “A Taste of Passion Experience,” an AI-aided brand experience that will run through October 29.

•Florida’s ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has opened a new store in Ft. Lauderdale. The store is located in the Harbordale neighbor on the 17th Street Causeway and is 7,000 square feet. It will sell thousands of brands, ABC’s own Sourced & Certified products, a walk-in humidor, and a beer cooler. The new store is now open and is one of ABC’s 125 stores located across the Sunshine State.
