•Nashville, Tennessee-based Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery is launching Nelson Brothers, a new whiskey line. The label debuts with two expressions: Nelson Brothers Classic Bourbon and Nelson Brothers Reserve Bourbon. The Classic is aged in new, charred American oak, is bottled at 93.3 proof, and retails for $37 a 750-ml. while the Reserve, pulled from the best barrels, is bottled at 107.8 proof and retails at $60. Now available nationally, Nelson Brothers is positioned as the distillery’s premium brand alongside flagship Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey. Nelson’s was founded by brothers Andy and Charlie Nelson, who are descended from one of Tennessee’s largest 19th century distillers.
