Cincoro Tequila Debuts New National Ad Push

Cincoro Tequila has announced a new national ad campaign—“Life Well Played”—coming to print, digital, social, and out-of-home channels. The campaign, which includes six-, 15-, and 30-second video spots, features all five of the brand’s NBA team-owning founders: Michael Jordan, owner of the Hornets; Emilia Fazzalari and Wyc Grousbeck of the Celtics; the Lakers’ Jeanie Buss; and Wes Edens of the Bucks. In addition to highlighting the owners (including a clip from the 2020 Michael Jordan documentary “The Last Dance”), the ad shows a CGI rendering of the Tequila and the creation of the brand’s five-sided bottle with voiceover work from Fazzalari, Cincoro’s CEO.

The brand has partnered with DraftKings and ReserveBar and will place ads on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as well as in print outlets. Cincoro’s out-of-home program will run in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami. Last year, Cincoro was at approximately 51,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.—Shane English
