•San Diego, California’s Coronado Brewing Company has entered the hard cider market with a new line of eponymously titled ciders. Coronado Hard Cider is kicking off the line with two releases—Nice & Dry and Super Fruit—both available in 4-packs of cans. Nice & Dry comes in at 6% abv and is made from Pacific Northwest apples. Super Fruit adds acai and blueberries to the equation, bringing the abv to 5.5%. Currently, the ciders are rolling out in southern California with a planned expansion into the northern part of the state coming soon.

•Harpoon Brewery has launched Open League, the first non-alcoholic beer from the New England brewer. The 0.5% abv or less beer is modeled after hazy IPAs and is made with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, with added sea salt and toasted buckwheat, among other ingredients. Open League contains 35 calories per serving and is now available in Harpoon’s distribution footprint.
