•Louisville, Kentucky’s Barrell Craft Spirits has announced Vantage, a new blend of Bourbon whiskies finished in three types of oak. The final blend is bottled at 57.22% abv and made with whiskies distilled in Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky that were finished in new Mizunara, French, and toasted American oak casks. Vantage will be an ongoing release from Barrell and is rolling out now across the company’s distribution footprint retailing for around $90 a bottle.

•Waitsfield, Vermont’s Lawson’s Finest Liquids has expanded distribution for its Super Session IPA series, bringing the beers to the brewery’s nine-market distribution footprint in the Northeast. The Super Session series is made up of lower-abv ales brewed to feature selected hop varietals. The current offering comes in at 4.8% abv and showcases the flavors of Lotus and Mosaic hops. The series is now available year-round in 4-packs of 12- and 16-ounce cans in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.
