•Cannabis seltzer brand Happi is launching in the Maine market. First launched in Michigan, Happi has four flavors—Lemon Elderflower, Raspberry Honeysuckle, Pomegranate Hibiscus and Lime Wild Mint—made with organic fruit and a range of dosages from 2.5mg-10mg. In Maine, Happi is produced by CannaNectar Canning Co. Happi will be on shelves beginning this week at select dispensaries, including Cannabis Cured, Silver Therapeutics, and Venus and Mars. In the coming weeks, the brand plans to expand to more dispensaries across Maine.

•Canadian cannabis producer Hexo is set to handle Mike Tyson’s cannabis brand in Canada. Under the agreement, Hexo will produce Tyson 2.0’s products in Canada, including its full range of flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and vapes. The Hexo-produced lines will launch across Canada this fall. Hexo’s Canadian brand range also includes its namesake label as well as Redecan, Up Cannabis, Original Stash, 48North, Trail Mix, Bake Sale, and Latitude. Additionally, the company has a Truss CBD USA joint venture with MolsonCoors.

•Florida-based Jushi saw sales climb 52% year-on-year in the second quarter ended in June, to $73 million. Retail revenue rose 16.1% to $67.3 million and wholesale revenue increased 42.1% to $5.5 million, compared with the first quarter of this year. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $0.5 million for the quarter. Jushi recently expanded its footprint in Nevada, completing its acquisition of NuLeaf, which adds a 27,000-square foot cultivation facility, a 13,000-square foot processing facility, and three adult-use and medical retail dispensaries in the state. The company also opened new locations recently in California and Virginia, bringing its dispensary count to 35 nationwide.

•Wisconsin-based Wild Theory CBD Co has unveiled its most potent CBD product to date, Strata Full Spectrum CBD + THC Gummies. The new range has 25mg of CBD, along with 2.5mg THC (0.3% per gummy), and comes in flavors including strawberry, mango, and cherry lime. The Strata Full Spectrum lineup is aimed at relieving pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep issues. In addition to gummies, the Madison-based company also markets CBD oils and topicals.
