•Luxury Glenfiddich, Dickel Bottled In Bond, and Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition are among the offerings featured in Whisky Advocate’s latest weekly roundup. The magazine’s website has all the details.

•González Byass USA has announced the U.S. launch of a new Sherry-cask finished gin from the London No. 1 brand. After distillation, the London No. 1 Sherry Cask Gin is sent to Jerez, Spain where it finishes for three months in Tio Pepe casks that have spent 10 years in the Sherry-maker’s solera. The new release is set to hit shelves across the U.S. in October, where it will retail for around $75 a bottle. The London No. 1’s flagship gin is also available in the U.S. for around $40 a bottle.

•ReserveBar, Fox Entertainment, and Next Century Spirits have come together to release a new Bourbon tied to Monarch, the new Fox drama fronted by Susan Sarandon. The whiskey, produced by Next Century Spirits, is called TruthTeller 1839 and is bottled at 47% abv. The Bourbon is double matured, both times in new American oak. The whiskey is now available to order on ReserveBar where it sells for $55.

•Diageo has added a new extension to Baileys Irish Cream, releasing a S’mores-flavored variant for the fall. The new liqueur is bottled at 17% abv and is made from a base of the original Baileys with added chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow flavors. Baileys S’mores Irish Cream Liqueur is now available across the U.S. for a limited time, carrying a suggested price of $25 a 750-ml.

•RNDC and LibDib have announced LibDib@RNDC OK, a new RNDC sales division within the state of Oklahoma. LibDib@RNDC OK brings LibDib’s online distribution model to RNDC Oklahoma. The partnership allows all compliant suppliers to secure distribution for products in the state. To start, LibDib@RNDC OK is opening to a select group of both LibDib and RNDC wine and spirits suppliers. The sales division will open to all suppliers in the coming months. With the addition of Oklahoma, LibDib is now available in 11 states.

•Madison, North Carolina’s Midnight Moon has launched a new format—Party in a Box—for three of its most popular flavors of moonshine. The 1.75-liter bag-in-box packaging comes in Apple Pie, Watermelon, and Lightning Lemonade flavors, all at 35% abv and blending Moon’s unaged spirit with fruit flavor. The trio of Party in a Box flavors are now available in 30 states across the U.S.

•Industry veteran Norman Bonchick passed away at age 79 on September 9. His career in the industry spanned nearly 50 years, beginning in 1971 at Joseph E Seagram & Sons. In 1986, he relocated to South Florida and joined National Distributing Company (today known as RNDC), eventually becoming managing director. In 2004, he joined Van Gogh Imports (today 375 Park Avenue Spirits), and became chairman in 2008. In 2015, 375 Park Avenue partnered with Sazerac. Upon Bonchick’s retirement in 2018, 375 Park Avenue had built a portfolio of nearly 20 brands.

•California-based Cline Cellars has appointed Hilary Cline to vice president of marketing and direct-to-consumer sales, and Steve Jannicelli as CFO. Cline, daughter of founders Fred and Nancy Cline, will be responsible for all direct-to-consumer sales and marketing activities for Cline Family Cellars, Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, and The Olive Press. Prior to joining Cline Family Cellars, Jannicelli served as vice president, finance and information technology for Clover Sonoma.
