•Key West, Florida’s Papa’s Pilar has announced the 2022 Legacy Edition release, the second in the limited-edition collection from the rum distillery. This year’s edition is blended from nine different rums sourced from Barbados, Dominican Republic, Panama, Venezuela, and Florida before finishing in French apple brandy barrels. The 44% abv rum retails for $103, with $20 from each bottle going to Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, supporting conservation and education. The rum is available for presale through the brand’s website and will launch in select retail locations on November 1.

•Denmark-based Ish has launched its line of non-alcoholic wines, spirits, and cocktails across the U.S. The brand is available through Georgia-based distributor ZeroProof. Ish’s wines—sparkling Blanc de Blancs and Rosé (both $25)—are made from German grapes and fermented to full strength before the alcohol is removed. Ish’s non-alc spirits line includes gin-alternative London Botanical Spirit, alcohol-free rum Caribbean Spiced Spirit, and Tequila-mimicking Mexican Agave Spirit (all $35). In addition, Ish’s Spritz, G&T, and Lime Daiquiri have all launched in 4-packs of 250-ml. cans for around $22.
